Kapama Chicken
Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
giblets from chicken
1/4 cup (50 g) rice
3-4 tbsp pork lard
1 medium sour cabbage
2 heads (100 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Giblets the chicken finely with chopped onions smothered in some of the fat. Add red pepper and rice, parboiled in salted water. In the ring casseroles put cabbage, coarsely chopped, sprinkle with paprika and pour the remaining oil. In the middle put the filled chicken with rice mixture. The dish is baked in a moderate oven.
