Kapama five kinds of meat

Ingredients
5 lower chicken legs
5 pork chops
2 sausage
200 g veal
250 g minced meat
150 g rice
2 onions
cabbage leaves dolmas
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp savory
pepper, salt
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup red wine
Method
In the oil fry the onion, red and black pepper, add salt, fried minced meat and rice are. The rice should not be razvaryava completely. Wrap around the dolmas and stacked on the bottom of stew. Then ordered veal, pork and sausage. Finally put legs. Seasoned with savory, salt, pepper, pour 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup red wine. Put it in a cold oven and bake at 200 C for 2 hours.

The same recipe as Banska Kapama, except not put sauerkraut and between the flesh.

Here are stuffed vine leaves with rice and minced meat, not with pieces of pork!
