Kavarma with mushrooms

Ingredients
600 g pork
250 g fresh mushrooms
1 onion
2 leeks
1 carrot
pepper 1
3 tomatoes
1 cup white wine
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp red pepper
salt
parsley
Method
Fry the meat in heated oil. Put the peppers, carrots, onions and leeks. Soften the onion, add red and black pepper, salt. Add the tomatoes and wine. Soften meat add the mushrooms. Stew for 15 minutes. After removing from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
