Kozunak Easter with chocolate and raisins

Ingredients
5 eggs
250 g sugar
250 ml milk
7 g of dry yeast (1 packet) or half cube of yeast
50 g butter or sunflower oil
2 vanilla
grated zest optional
1 kg of flour
100 g chocolate
50 g raisins
1 yolk for brushing

Method
Yeast dissolved in warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar and leave in a warm place to rise. Eggs broken with sugar until blanching, gradually add the melted and slightly cooled butter (or sunflower oil). Add rise yeast, vanilla, raisins, broken pieces of chocolate, zest and flour to make a soft dough. Allow to rise in a warm and again kneaded. This was repeated 3 times. The dough is divided into 3 balls that are shaped rolls and weave braid. Place in an oiled form and leave to rise and fulfill the form. Spread top with broken with 2-3 drops of sunflower oil yolk (for glaze) and thoroughly sprinkled with sugar. Bake in a moderate oven.

Well, I put on 1 kg flour two paktcheta dry yeast. Is not it only 7 grams of a kilo of flour?

Senjak, might work, but rather will have to wait until the rise. Of the order of 2-4 hours for the first 1-2 hours Fermentation and second, 1-2 hours for the third, and the same after shaping. Generally from 5 to 12 hours and then warm. When making machine for bread - sweet bread program, rising time is strictly defined and must now find the optimal amount of yeast for a given recipe.
