Kraishtnik with sheep's milk

Ingredients
5 cups (1 l) sheep's milk
6 eggs
125 g butter
1 cup (200 g) flour
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
Method
From the flour, salt and water is usually prepared batter banitsa, of which 4 are rolled wafers. The first, which will be placed on the bottom of the baking tin must be greater in order to hang the edges outside the tray. On it are lined next 3 sheets as sprinkle with fat and crumbled feta cheese. Hanging over the bottom crust wrap roll in the middle pour the beaten eggs mixed with milk. The banitsa bake in a moderate oven.
