Ingredients
          2 large oranges
          1/3 cup red wine
          1/4 cup unsweetened concentrated pomegranate juice
          2 tbsp honey
          1 tbsp olive oil
          2 finely chopped garlic cloves
          1 tsp oregano
          10 lamb medallion
          # For the sauce:
          1 cup pomegranate seeds
          1/3 cup thinly sliced onion
          1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
          1 and 1/2 tsp lemon juice

          Method
              Oranges are cut into small pieces in a bowl. Some of them drain. Need 1/3 cup orange juice mixed with wine, pomegranate juice, 1 tbsp honey, olive oil, garlic and oregano.   lamb medallions are arranged in a suitable pan and pour marinade so as to cover. Allow to sit for about 1-2 hours, in the middle of the time address.   In another bowl mix the pieces of orange, pomegranate seeds, onions, mint, lemon juice and 1 tbsp honey. Stir gently and leave.   When the meat is ready, the oven on the stove is heated to about 220 degrees and meat put to bake. It is first put into foil and at the end of cooking to open to a nice browned on top. Baking is about 1 hour according to the oven,   After baking meat out and pour the sauce.     * The dish can be prepared with the kid.

It is very tempting! Even these days will be prepared - in our 2/3 of consumed meat is lamb and rarely repeat recipe, so Thank for the new idea emerges is another delicious dinner!
