Hachapuri pan

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup yogurt
2 cup flour
# For the filling:
200 g feta cheese Mozzarella
150 g feta cheese of your choice
100 g cottage cheese
pepper, salt

Method
From the list of products knead a soft dough. It should be slightly sticky. Cover with plastic foil and allowed to relax for 30 minutes. Make a combination of cheeses. Formed into 4 equal balls and set aside for later use. Remove rested dough and cut into 8 equal parts. Roll out each round of 12-15 cm in diameter. Insert one of the balls feta cheese in the center of the pancake, smeared with water at the end and cover with another pancake. Press in outer diameter to be glued, pressed closely to the feta cheese and rolled again to get 25 cm diameter round pancakes. Heat the pan on medium heat, place the pancake in the middle, cover it with a lid and cook on each side for 3 minutes.

became very, very tasty! But ran into difficulties, and the appearance was not able to make them be presentable;) I got dough firmly though I put 1 cup yogurt (just 300 g out). Apply a small amount of water to be slightly sticky. Then in flattening need to sift flour, because still sticky dough. A ball of cheese between two layers in rolling out dough folded so slightly torn on the upper side. However, the taste is great. Only making seems to require more experienced hand of my :) Image will get when I get Hubavka;)

I prepare them with dough recipe for a week-dough. Become great. Also I have progotvyala and finished dough from the store. Put different types of cheeses in the stuffing. Super delicious!

Hello. Because I am still young and beginner in cooking instead of doing experiments, I want to ask you something before you take a cooking step. :) Do you use fat in cooking as never wrote, and I am quite strict and stick firmly to the writing. became very delicious! I made them with wholemeal flour (I did not) and needed a little more liquid. Added their yogurt and little water. In addition, 25-inch pancakes turn hard, so next time I will make them significantly smaller. Pesto, chutney and they fit very well.
