Lamb meatballs with pepper and oats

Ingredients
500-600 g mutton
1 cup oatmeal
1 roasted pepper
1 egg
2-3 cloves garlic
chilli optional
salt

Method
Caps are passaged with garlic. Is blended into minced meat with egg, oats, peppers and seasoned with salt and cayenne pepper (optional). Leave for 30 minutes - 1 hour in the refrigerator, then form meatballs the size of your choice and bake BBQ.
