Layered cake Shishko

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
10 g ammonia soda (1 packet)
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa
ground walnuts or grated chocolate
flour
sugar syrup or compote for irrigation of the bases
# For the cream:
1 egg
800 ml milk
6-7 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp flour

Method
Beat 5 eggs with the sugar. In 1 cup milk dissolved ammonia and baking soda and pour in mixture shattered. Gradually, with constant stirring, put flour as to obtain a dough density cake dough and vanilla. Bake 3 to the base, the mixture is poured into a baking dish or cake form, on greased with sunflower oil round paper. In one base put cocoa. The cream is made from flour and egg beaten with a little water (you can without it). By stirring, pouring in boiling milk, in which is placed the sugar. baked bases are irrigated with syrup (sugar or compote) is consistently smeared with cream and lining, as the brown base is in the middle. Shishko cake is dusted with ground walnuts or grated chocolate. is very nice I might do the same, but put and caramelized sugar latter must not after them, however syrup

We like it because it is a light cream. It is suitable for breakfast with warm milk, and in the afternoon - a cup of coffee. Recipe long have it recorded somewhere and is very successful. Sometimes I use the same cake with other cream. The decoration may be different.
