Leek soup - II type
Ingredients
5 sprigs (500 g) leek
1 tbsp (20 g) rice
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
savory
Method
Leek, chopped, stew in the oil until soft, stained with red pepper and pour 4 cups cabbage juice and 3 cups water, then allowed to boil. Add rice and boil until soft. Broth tries salt, seasoned with savory and remove from fire.
