Lemon horns

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2-3 cup sifted flour
2 pinches salt
2 tsp lemon zest
# For sprinkling:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 vanilla
1 tsp lemon zest

Method
In a bowl is broken slightly melted butter to graying, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Gradually add flour mixed with lemon zest and salt. The dough is formed into a ball screw with a transparent hollow foil and placed in a refrigerator for about 2 hours. Chilled dough is divided into balls the size of a walnut. Is then the rod length is 10 cm. Folded and shaped like horns. Place in a greased and sprinkled with flour pan (or covered with baking paper). Bake in preheated at 180 degrees oven for about 10 minutes - until slightly discolored. Remove from oven and immediately, while still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla and lemon zest.
