Lemon pudding

Ingredients
3 yolks
1 lemon
1/4 cup (50 g) flour
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
40 g butter
4 egg whites
butter spreads
Method
Make a light roux from the butter and flour, diluted with warm milk and boil until smooth sauce. Added sugar, zest and egg yolks, removed from heat, add the lemon juice and the mixture was allowed to cool. Add the beaten egg whites. The resultant mixture was hoarse in the form greased with butter, cover with greased parchment paper or butter foil and bake 15 minutes in a hot oven.
