Leshnikova layered cake

Ingredients
# For the base:
6 eggs
180 g sugar
150 g roasted ground hazelnuts
60 g flour
60 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp rum
60 g grated chocolate
60 g butter
# For the cream:
200 g butter
1 yolk
1 tbsp rum
160 g of powdered sugar
120 g roasted ground hazelnuts
Method
Whip of snow by adding a bit of sugar and stirring until complete compression. Add gradually one by one and egg yolks, hazelnuts, flour, breadcrumbs, chocolate, rum and melted butter (but not hot). Mix everything very carefully and pour into baking dish, covered with paper. Bake in a moderate oven. The butter cream to mix with the sugar until white. Add one egg yolk, rum and hazelnut. Mix everything well. Cool base is cut horizontally in half and filled with cream. Top and sides also smeared with cream. Optional the bases may be slightly syrupy.
