Ingredients
750 g pork
200 g onion
salt
pepper
120 g starch
1 kg sauerkraut
50 g carrots
100 g peas
sunflower oil
Method
Minced meat, half finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and 100 g starch was kneaded. There are also balls and fry in sunflower oil. Finished pellets are placed in a pan, stir gently with saute remaining half finely chopped onion, chopped sauerkraut, carrots and peas. Sprinkled with the rest of the starch dissolved in water. Baked for 15 minutes in the oven. Serve hot.
