Light coconut cream

Ingredients
400 g yogurt
1 package dry cream
10 tbsp sugar
2-3 vanilla
7 g gelatin
1 cup coconut
200 ml milk
Method
Whipped cream with milk and yogurt with sugar, then mix and add vanilla. We previously dissolved gelatin according to descriptions of its packaging and after is ready to add to the milk mixture. Finally, add coconut, pour into bowls and leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator to set.
