Loins Fantasy

Ingredients
2 pork chops
1 skinless sausage
1 pickle
1/2 tsp mustard
1 onion
flour
cumin
pepper
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Chops are cut with a sharp knife in width, to form pockets. Chop the onion finely and fry in a little sunflower oil. Add chopped skinless sausage, chopped pickle and mustard, stir well and the resulting mixture is filled chops. The opening is closed with string or toothpicks and so filled cutlets Oval from all sides in flour, smeared with sunflower oil and put in a suitable container for baking. Pour 3-4 tbsp of water, scatter with cumin, black pepper, salt and bake in a hot oven. Serve garnished with mashed potatoes.
