Mackerel on BBQ in two versions

Ingredients
2 fish mackerel
# First option:
2 heads of garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
3 tbsp vinegar
# For the second option:
2 onions
the juice of half a lemon
2-3 sprigs of dill

Method
First option: halved and lightly salted fish bake grill pan on both sides. Subtract in glass dish with a lid. 2 cloves of garlic bulbs are cleaned and cut into slices, baked after fish (not wash the pan). Remove from heat to cool down and add the vinegar. Gulf fish with garlic vinegar and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Court was capped to take fish smell and soften. Served with fresh vegetables and rice. Second option: The technology is identical to the previous one. Onion cut into discs, gently triturated with salt and then bake the fish in the pan. In standby takes away from heat and repay with lemon juice. Add finely chopped dill. The mixture is placed on the baked fish and stew for half an hour in a container with a lid.

Today I bought three Reebok and tonight will try one option. This garlic sounds very appetizing. Until now I had put just finished mixture of tripe - garlic with vinegar, but it will probably be more tasty. Will write later ...

And I really like option one will mistake it is prepared!

I did the fish in the first option, we like!
