Meal Mushroom

Ingredients
1 kg mushrooms (indicative dose) or other mushrooms optional
1-2 cloves garlic
salt
Method
Mushrooms should be cleaned with a rough towel and cut into small pieces. Garlic is hammered into foam with salt. Mix with fungi. Spread in pan and dried in the oven (50 C) or in the sun until completely dry. Pulverized, if it is still wet, put back in the oven to doizsahne. Keep in a tightly closed container. It is used as an additive to soups, dishes, omelettes and savory.

I land mushrooms parasol mushrooms and then grind them in a coffee grinder. Very nice meal and going from dried porcini, but I find this delicious mushroom sense to throw away zya flour.
