Meatballs in Dutch

Ingredients
150 g of ground beef
150 g minced meat pork
150 g of ground beef
1 onion
1 egg
lard
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
100 g sour cream
400 g breadcrumbs
1 cup (200 ml) meat broth
pepper
salt
Method
Chopped meat is mixed with chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper, to make small meatballs and quickly fried in lard. Add tomato paste and broth and stew quarter hour. The dish was cooled and allowed to stand for several hours. Before presenting the cream is added.
