2 Mexican buns - tortillas of flour
1/3 cup mushrooms

Mushrooms cut into slices and sauté lightly. Tortillas cut into 4, two of the halves are placed close to each other chicken pieces and sliced mushrooms, put cheese on top and a little cumin, covered with the other two quarters. Bake until the cheese of BBQ melted and tortillas turn pink - about 2 minutes. Many go with kefir. * Instead of tortillas can be used slightly thicker peel baked on hot plate or in an oven. The original recipe has stewed onions, but I prefer it without onions. The recipe is ideal for using half-eaten chicken, it also breakfast.
