Milk soup meal

Ingredients
100 g butter
7 tbsp semolina
1 liter milk
300 g feta cheese or shredded cheese
pinch of pepper
salt
1-2 sprigs of parsley
Method
In a deep saucepan melt the butter. The addition is semolina and fry until golden while fat meal take. Dilute with gradually while stirring continuously with fresh milk and 500 ml water. Boil on low heat until ready semolina stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add some finely crumbled feta cheese and black pepper. Optional half of the feta cheese can be replaced with cheese. If necessary add salt. Consumed hot. Optional can be sprinkled with chopped parsley.
