Milky coffee with chocolate Sherry
Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) decaffeinated coffee
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
50 g chocolate
pinch of salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) liquor "Sherry"
1/2 cup (100 ml) cream

Method
Grated chocolate is melted in boiling milk. Add hot coffee, liqueur and salt. The drink is poured into small cups and garnish with whipped cream.
