Mixed Pickles

Ingredients
6 kg of peppers red pepper
2 kg cabbage
500 g carrots
2-3 cloves garlic
200 ml sunflower oil
200 g sugar
salt and vinegar
7-8 bay leaves (less or half)
7-8 allspice berries
20 peppercorns
optional parsley or celery

Method
The peppers are baked, peel and cut into sizes optional. Cabbage cut into thin strips, carrots and peeled garlic cloves - circles. Adding the remaining products. The mixture is seasoned with salt and vinegar to taste. Allow to stand for about half an hour. Fill jars are hermetically sealed and sterilized 10-15 minutes.

I do make the same only that the peppers as roast them put them in a container with 1 bottle of vinegar. then Bella and seasoning them with oil, salt and sugar.
