Moussaka of veal with potatoes

Ingredients
1 onion
1/2 cup sunflower oil
750 g minced meat veal
2-3 peeled and finely chopped red tomatoes or 1 tbsp salsa
500 g potatoes
parsley
salt and pepper
# TOPPING:
2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup fat
1 cup milk
3-4 eggs
Method
Saute 1 finely chopped onion 1/2 cup fat. Add 750 g minced meat beef and fry it too. Then mix the meat with 2-3 peeled and finely chopped red tomatoes or 1 tablespoon sauce, salt, pepper and parsley to taste. 500 g Peel potatoes, cut them into slices and fry on one side only. In a suitable pan greased with oil, spread half the meat and arrange on it fried potatoes. Spread the rest of the meat on top. Pour 1/2 cup moussaka hot water and put it to bake. Saute 2 tablespoons flour equal to 3/4 cup fat. Pour 1 cup milk and stir with wire, resulting thick slurry until it boils. Remove it from the fire to cool down and add to it one by one, 3-4 egg yolks, salt and finally egg whites broken down into snow, mixing them gently. Pour moussaka and put it to seal, not open the oven 20 minutes. Leave baked moussaka stand open oven 8-10 minutes.
