Ingredients
500 g potatoes
2/3 cup sunflower oil
2 tbsp rice
1 onion
1 carrot
500 g spinach
4 tomatoes
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
2/3 cup milk
30 g butter
30 g cheese
salt
fresh parsley
Method
Finely chopped onion and grated carrot sauté until soft in half sunflower oil, then add sliced ​​julienne spinach, rice and spices. Separately in the remaining sunflower oil fry the potatoes, cut into round slices. In a greased baking dish arrange layers successively slices of tomatoes, potatoes, a mixture of rice and spinach again potatoes and tomatoes on top.
