Mousse with white chocolate and raspberries

Ingredients
150 g of raspberries
2 tbsp orange liqueur
200 g white chocolate
300 ml cream
1 tbsp orange juice
rind of 1/2 lemon

Method
Soak the raspberries in liqueur for 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool. Beat the cream until fluffy texture, add orange juice, liquor raspberries and lemon rind. Add the chocolate and finally raspberries, stirring gently so as not to crush them. Pour into small cups and cool.
