Muffins with white chocolate and berries

Ingredients
300 g flour with bulking
150 g sugar
170 g white chocolate
1 tbsp lemon juice
250 ml milk
125 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
200 g berries - strawberries, raspberries or other, maybe a mixture
Method
Mix the lemon juice, milk, the oil and eggs and mix well. In another bowl mix the flour, sugar and broken chocolate. Add fruit and stir gently. The wet mixture is added to the dry and stir just enough to mix - not to overdo it with stirring. The mixture is distributed in mono - pre-greased and lined with paper baskets. The mixture should be filled tray between 2/3 and 3/4. Bake in preheated oven to 190 C for 22-27 minutes. When you have finished with spiking with a toothpick to clean out. Optional can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
