Spinach banitsa

Ingredients
500 g fine filo pastry sheets
5 eggs
400 g yogurt
300 g feta cheese
10 g baking powder
250 g spinach
sunflower oil

Method
Spinach stew with water for 5 minutes. Mix 4 eggs, the feta cheese and yogurt with baking powder, add the drained spinach and mix everything. Sets of the mixture on two of the peel (which are one over the other) and is wound by first fold inwardly the top and bottom of the tray. Rolled crust is put in greased with sunflower oil pan, and so on until the pan is full. Smeared with egg beaten with 2 tbsp water, sprinkle with sunflower oil. Bake in a preheated 220 C oven for 35 minutes.

pie was great! I had egg on top and she covered with a little oil. We like!

And at home :) It makes a very nice pie! Usually curl, but this time is imposed. Top instead of only egg she covered with filling.
