Mushrooms parasol mushrooms with onions
500 g mushrooms parasol mushrooms
2-3 green onions
2 sprigs of dill
3-4 sprigs of parsley
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil

Mushrooms are washed thoroughly - stumps are removed and the covers are torn in pieces. In a deep skillet wok is heated sunflower oil and add the mushrooms and onions, fry is stirring until ready to mushrooms. In a bowl, mix with chopped green onions, parsley and dill and spice. Serve warm.
