Nectar damsons

Ingredients
6 kg of wild plums
5 liters of water
about 1. 5 kg of sugar (or to taste)

Method
Giancana boil. Cleared of stones and Strain through a colander. Everything is mixed with sugar flavor and mix until the sugar was melted. Optional can be put to boil. Honeydew is poured into bottles or small jars and sterilized for 10-15 minutes.

While there are wild plums, prepare yourself this nectar, especially refreshing in the summer heat. :) And with so trees everywhere and can come pretty cheap! :)
