Omelet stuffed with ham and mushrooms

Ingredients
2 eggs
100 g ham
100 g fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
salt
Method
Ham cut in small pieces. Stews in part of the butter. Sprinkle with parsley. Separately, sauté mushrooms washed. In a pan with lots of butter heated pouring salted scrambled eggs. As fry one side egg pancake side lifted eggs to the crude mixture can go underneath and fry. Omelet folds, and in the middle put stewed ham and mushrooms.
