Omelette with mushrooms

Ingredients
3 eggs
100 g mushrooms
20 g butter
2 tbsp cream
pepper
nutmeg or mint
pinch of flour
salt

Method
Cleaned mushrooms are cut and fry half of the butter with salt and spices, sprinkle with flour, fry is flooded with cream and bring to a boil. Eggs broken with salt, pour in the heated pan with butter, add the mushrooms and fry.
