Omelette with mushrooms and ham

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
30 g butter
3 eggs
100 g ham
4 tbsp (40 g) flour
1 tsp (5 ml) soda
parsley
salt
pepper
fat frying
Method
Mushrooms are cut into thin slices smothered 5-10 minutes in the butter with chopped parsley and spices. From the yolks, flour and soda is made thick dough. Slowly add the mushrooms and beaten egg whites. Omelet fry in a pan with a lot of fat. Ham cut into in small pieces and sprinkle on top.
