Ingredients
          400 g flour
          1/2 tsp baking soda
          1/4 tsp baking powder
          pinch of salt
          200 g soft butter
          100 g brown sugar
          100 g sugar
          3 eggs
          sheet of 2 oranges
          3 tbsp orange juice
          300 g chopped chocolate (natural)

          Method
              The butter mix with both types of sugar until blanching, add eggs one by one, pending the mixture to absorb completely. Add the juice and rind of oranges. At the end is added and flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Pour the chocolate and stir well to distribute evenly throughout the dough. In tray on kitchen paper, using tsp be scoops of the mixture and form balls, flatten slightly. Keep in mind that cookies doubling its volume and must leave enough distance between them, and not to make too big. Biscuits bake in preheated oven for no more than 10-15 minutes, toast you will become dry and crunchy.     * Obtained 50-60 biscuits with great taste.

made only with white sugar, and put the rum essence, became good again :)

I forgot to add that when I oranges, put 3sup. lie to. orange marmalade! My colleagues want the recipe given in January But invited them online!
