Pie with plums and caramel glaze

Ingredients
# For the dough:
80 g margarine
100 g sugar
4 egg yolks
120 g flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp jam prunes
# For the glaze:
4 egg whites
200 g sugar
2 vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice, a pinch of salt
400 g plums
50 g sugar
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method
Prunes are cut in halves. Arrange in a round greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs baking dish upside down. Sprinkle with sugar and baked for 10 minutes at 180 C. Remove and cool slightly. Margarine mix of foam with sugar. Add egg yolks, one by one. Add sweet, flour and baking powder. So the paste is poured on the plums. Bake 20-25 minutes to 180 C. Remove to cool slightly. Attention is baked pie on plate. Whites with the lemon juice and salt is broken. Carefully with vigorous stirring with a mixer is added to trickle caramelised sugar. This glaze is brushed finished pie. Returns in the oven to brown, - upper wire for 5 minutes at 100C. Serve cool.

interesting recipe will be tested, but the explanation for the glaze something my part, how much sugar is caramelized 50 or 200 g

answer immediately - 50 grams of sugar are sprinkling of prunes and 200 g is pale brown and caramelized to pour a thin stream into the beaten whites with lemon.
