Pink moussaka

Ingredients
3-4 carrots
500 g potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 and 1/2 cup milk
2 slices white bread
3-4 eggs
salt
pepper
Method
Carrots are cleaned and cut into cubes. Boil in salted water and while still warm is through a sieve or passed through a press. Boil the potatoes, peel and smash mashed. Stir the carrots and potatoes and fry in 1/3 cup butter Sprinkle with pepper and add 1/2 cup milk. Allow puree to boil until it thickens. Add salt if necessary. Slices of bread cut into cubes and fry in a little butter until golden, then sprinkle with pepper. Pour into the baking dish half puree, top distributed bread cubes and cover with remaining sauce. Top put pieces butter. Pour over mixture of beaten eggs with 1 cup milk and bake in a hot oven.
