Pink sweet almond

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup ground, boiled beetroot
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Pink sweet almond

Method
Of all the products knead dough. Divide into 10-12 balls and arrange in a baking dish, covered with baking paper. Each ball is flattened in order to obtain the shape of pita. Heat the oven to 200C and bake about 15 minutes.
