2 and 1/4 tsp dry yeast
1 and 1/2 cup hot water
4 cup flour
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp sugar
feta cheese Mozzarella
artichoke (artichokes)

From dry yeast, warm water, flour, salt , the oil or olive oil and sugar knead dough. Roll out 1 cm thick. Smeared with olive oil or sunflower oil. First rank chopped tomatoes, then mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes. Finally put the olives. Bake in preheated oven.

Yes, the dough is delicious, as my muse came and I prepare, as do otherwise use pizza dough recipe scrambled mixing pizza :)

Well, I have prepared in the bread machine and now give out the recipe to everyone and are very satisfied. Special thanks once again from Canada. Stop porachvame pizza;-)

In general I know that the dough should not be thicker than 5-6mm. why there is 1 cm?

The thickness of the dough is a matter of taste if you prefer a thinner, may it rolled into thinner and therefore, if you prefer a thicker - more thick.
