Plum cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 cup (200 g) flour
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 g) cocoa
50 g raisins
rind of 1 lemon
almond extract
Method
Eggs are broken down with sugar, gradually add the sifted flour, then add the oil, cocoa, 3 tbsp (30 ml) of boiling water, stir again, add the raisins, grated lemon peel and a few drops. Pour the mixture into namslena and sprinkled with flour form and bake in a moderate oven.

The cake is not difficult and is delicious, but should not be baking powder or baking soda? Not lifted at all, otherwise bake well.

can the pan instead of in shape?

Daniela has the right - have a raising agent, but the taste is good and fired normally. need and to decorate it somehow with powdered sugar or cream on top or something, for example molten chocolate and coconut will get something nice. Thanks for the recipe, quick is this is a great advantage
