Poached eggs with mushrooms Panagyurski
Ingredients
8 eggs
200 g mushrooms
80 g butter
2 tsp (10 ml) vinegar
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

Method
Mushrooms, cut into julienne, stewd in part of the oil until soft, pour into bowl, add salt and pepper, then their surface depressions are made by pressing with a spoon. recipe is perfect for just that I might do without mushrooms. Eggs are cooked so many delicious, splashed with yogurt, cayenne pepper, oil Overdone.

This is one of my favorite recipes, but with yogurt, crumbled cheese and crushed garlic.

It was definitely quite tasty, but a little spice by dopalnat will become a jewel :)))

This really is not the right recipe. Real recipe is: a plate is placed a mixture of yogurt, half a clove of crushed garlic and a pinch of salt. Barn eggs are placed on the mixture in the bowl and then pour the fried fat colored with paprika. Mushrooms are not put.

No distortion recipe she prepared without mushrooms.
