Pork Chops Mexican

Ingredients
6 chiles - dried or canned
9 cloves garlic
450 ml Coca-Cola
1.3 kg pork loin
salt
pepper
1 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
Method
The meat is cleaned of veins, membranes and veins. Strain three cloves of garlic, oregano and 1/4 of Coca-Cola. The meat is seasoned with salt and pepper and larded with the remaining garlic. Fry on all sides in vegetable oil, then smeared the sauce and pour the rest Coca-Cola. Bake at 180 C for 2 hours and a half. Before serving, leave for 15 minutes to relax.
