Ingredients
1 kg pork
500 g okra (dried or fresh)
150 ml sunflower oil
20 g of tomato paste
2 onions
2 tbsp flour
salt
Method
Okra soak overnight in cold water, and then cleaned. Meat, cut into portions, fry with chopped onion. Once browned, pour in a pan on it and ranks okra. Simmer, without stirring. When almost ready, add the tomato paste and flour fuzzy. dish is typical of the table of Athanasius.
