Pork with peanuts and mushrooms

Ingredients
500-700 g pork leg
3-4 green peppers
handful of raw peanuts
sunflower oil
2-3 carrots
1 stalk leek
150-200 g mushrooms
soy sauce
1 tbsp natural starch
Method
Peanuts fry for 2-3 minutes in the oil. Remove and leave a towel to drain. Cut the meat into thin strips and fry in highly preheated oil, which are fried peanuts. Remove from the pan and in the same oil sauté vegetables as first put the carrots, then the peppers, mushrooms and leeks. Returns meat, pour with soy sauce and add peanuts. The dish is left to choke a little then added starch away with a little water.
