Pork with sauerkraut - II type
Ingredients
750 g pork
1 cabbage (2 kg) sauerkraut
1/2 cup (100 g) pork lard
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1 cup (200 ml) cabbage juice
2-3 chili peppers
salt

Method
The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces and sprinkle with paprika and sour cabbage cut into thin strips. In the ring casseroles rank consecutive rows cabbage and meat, and put them on Hot peppers. Sprinkle with remaining paprika sprinkled with fat cabbage juice and warm water, cover with 2-3 cabbage leaves and sauté in a moderate oven until ready.
