Potato pirozhki

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
100 g butter or margarine
2 onions
200 g mushrooms
250 g minced meat
parsley
salt
Method
Boiled potatoes, mashed well and them add two eggs, two tablespoons flour and salt to taste. In the butter fry the onions, mushrooms, minced meat. After removing from heat and add the chopped parsley. The potato shaped buns in the middle of which put the filling and form as balls. Lining into greased baking tray and baked to give a golden brown color.
