Potato pirozhki with cod, dried tomatoes and pesto

Ingredients
1,2 kg potatoes
400 g fillet of cod
8 dried tomatoes
2 tbsp pesto sauce
1 onion
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp cornmeal
pepper, salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Once cooked, pour water and do puree. Once cool slightly, add eggs and mix until uniform. Onions clean, chop finely and fry until golden. The fish is cut into cubes, fry in sunflower oil and add salt and pepper. Dried tomatoes finely and with Pesto sauce is added to the fish. Fry 2-3 minutes and remove from fire. Mix with onion and leave to cool slightly. With wet hands to take mashed potatoes the size of an egg and forms as pita. Top put 1 and 1/2 tbsp of the filling and form pirozhki. The cornmeal and bread crumbs and stir in them rolled the pirozhki. Fry on both sides until it turns rosy.
