Potato pizza

Ingredients
5 potatoes
1 egg
1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs
100 cheese or mozzarella
100 ham or fried chicken small bites
4-5 field mushrooms - raw
1 small pepper
1 small tomato optional
salt
pepper
masherka
parsley
Method
Potatoes, boiled and peeled, crushed with the egg mixture until smooth. Insert the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and thyme. The mixture is spread in a large pan with Teflon coating. Put it on medium stove. When the bottom is browned, turning with two blades, taking care not to break. Once baked and bottom side turns of baking paper. Cover with other products such as mushrooms and tomatoes are cut into very thin strips of ham. Ends with grated cheese. Bake under the grill until the cheese is browned. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, served hot. You can meet only with vegetables or stuffing your liking.

And that will not happen to seal directly in the oven with all products?

probably will happen, but we love very crispy potato part. If you will put it in the baking pan, you will have then it comes unstuck paddle. And as I have written, is a round pizza, not the ceiling. But try to have you!

Definitely my attention with this recipe. My family is a lover of pizza and went to favorites.
