Pumpkin ready to peel and cinnamon

600 g pumpkin
150 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
50 g walnuts

Method
Spread with a knife pan with margarine, like a slice. Makes the product mixture for the filling, as is grated pumpkin and the walnuts chopped. A crust is brushed again as margarine slices and sprinkle the filling. Sheet wind a length of loose to be able to breathe. Second crust is brushed with margarine and sprinkle the mixture, but is wound around first. The following sheets are made in the same way. Usually sheet in the package are 14, so get 7 rolls and put rolled in a round tray. Bake gently for 10 minutes and then coated again with margarine. Bake 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven (200-250 C).

In our home, the pumpkin is consumed only in this way. Its fall quite sweet. I increase the amount of sugar and nuts, but it's all a matter of taste. There is no dispute, pumpkin is great!
