Pumpkin sponge cakecheta with cinnamon

Ingredients
280 g flour
3 eggs
175 ml milk
85 g butter
175 g sugar
350 g peeled and grated pumpkin
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp shelled pumpkin seeds

Method
Sift the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Eggs with the sugar crash. Add milk and softened butter. Sifted flour is added to the egg mixture, and stirred smooth dough. Finally, it is added and grated pumpkin. The dough is divided into 9 smaller shapes for cake covered with oiled paper (can be put in a larger form). Sprinkle with coarsely crushed pumpkin seeds (or with chopped walnuts) and bake 20-25 minutes in preheated oven at 200 C. The baked cakes are allowed to poizstinat in trays, then put on a wire rack to cool completely . Optional can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
