Puree pumpkin, rice, feta cheese and pepper

Ingredients
1 small zucchini
3 tbsp rice
feta cheese, as matchbox
5-6 parsley
1 tsp butter
1/2 roasted pepper
Method
Peel and cut into small cubes zucchini. To it add the rice, pour water (to cover products with two or three fingers), boil them between 30 and 45 minutes. Strain them from the water and add the feta cheese, chopped parsley, diced pepper and the butter. All this blending. Of these products gets mashed about 200-220 ml.
